Shipping and Delivery Policy
Definitions

"We", "us" and/or "our" means Annapurani Computers, The Great Bot.com or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates (collectively "The Great Bot").

"You", "Your" and/or "Customer" means the individual(s) or entity/entities identified on the Order Confirmation.

"Custom built product(s)" means all products that were assembled by The Great Bot from third party components whether or not such components were modified by The Great Bot.

"Product(s)" include(s) "service(s)".
Products
We continually upgrade and revise our products and service offerings. The Great Bot may revise and discontinue products at any time without prior notice to its customers. Upon customer’s approval The Great Bot may ship a substitute product that has the ordered product(s) functionality and performance, even though it may vary from other aspects of the ordered product. The quoted The Great Bot SKU numbers for The Great Bot-branded hardware product(s) conform in all material respects with the The Great Bot product(s) specifications on the date such product(s) were shipped. Due to custom assembly some components may show minor wear and tear that does not affect the quality and performance of the assembled product.
Processing Times
Processing times start when payment is charged, approved, and completed, and do not include in-shipping transit period. We may encounter a defect or compatibility issues with hardware and/or software that the customer selected which may delay order processing. It is our responsibility to maintain direct communication with customer regarding any delays of which we are aware. We are not responsible for lack of communication from a customer which delays order processing. For a list of specific processing times refer to "Order Processing Info".
Shipping Charges, Title, Risk of Loss
Shipping and handling are additional charges unless otherwise expressly indicated at the time of sale. Shipping dates are best estimates. Title to the product(s) passes to you and risk of loss passes to you when the product(s) are delivered to the address you designate. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping from The Great Bot to customer by a carrier selected by The Great Bot is the responsibility of the carrier. It is our responsibility to insure the shipped product and file claims with the insurer and/or the carrier should damage or loss occur. Products are deemed accepted by you unless you notify The Great Bot of shortages, damage, or defects within (5) calendar days of delivery. If you receive a shipment containing damaged product(s), or if you receive a shipment containing less than all product(s) you ordered, you must notify The Great Bot and make a claim within five (5) calendar days of such receipt. After we confirm the validity of such claim, we will (a) in the case of damage or loss of product(s) during transit, file a claim with the insurer and/or the carrier, and (b) in the case of incomplete shipment that is our responsibility, ship the remainder of ordered product(s) to you.
International Shipping and Customs
Shipping and handling are additional charges unless otherwise expressly indicated at the time of sale. Shipping dates are best estimates. All Shipping charges and Custom Fee charged on any shipment outside of the INDIA are to be paid by the customer directly to the shipping provider. Failure to do so may cause delays. The amount must be paid in full directly to the shipper and cannot be paid to The Great Bot. Return or RMA is not applicable for international shipping. Customer are solely responsible for the shipping of the product that has been purchased thru The Great Bot from outside INDIA.
The Great Bot offer a standard delivery service via Courier or Carrier (Depending upon which is relevant to reach you.) when purchasing online. Delivery usually takes 3-4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) from the time package leave our facility, provided all products are in stock at the time of ordering. If you require Express or a special type of delivery then please advise this when you place your order. International delivery usually depend on courier and customs clearance from the customer side which usually take a minimum of 15-20 business days from the time package leave our facility.

The Great Bot cannot ship to a PO BOX address. All orders must be shipped to a physical street address that can be verified.

The Great Bot process and ship orders overseas.

The Shipping address must have contact details that can be verified.

We do not ship orders to a third party, unless The Great Bot can verify all address and contact details.

Delivery to a work or non-residential address must be accompanied with verifiable details such as company name, address, contact name and phone number.

Customers are responsible to be available to sign for delivery of the goods. Re-delivery attempts will be charged to you if the delivery address is unattended.

Shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for all freight charges, for redeliveries, refused shipments and for costs incurred if incorrect delivery details are supplied.

Customers can track their order using the consignment number which is given in your delivery confirmation email. You can check the delivery status with the courier online.

Measured Dimensions and/or Oversize Weights will be applied to freight charges when applicable.

All claims for damage/pilferage must be filed with the delivering Carrier/Courier. (The Great Bot cannot file this for you). If your goods appear to have damaged packaging, DO NOT OPEN and advise the courier company immediately for instructions on how to submit a claim.
Opening the packaging and/or using the item will be deemed to be acceptance of the goods. OPEN BOX upon delivery is not available. -
All claims for shortages/incorrect-shipments/wrong-billings must be made within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

The Great Bot WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR GOODS LOST OR DAMAGED if customers use their own couriers.

Split Shipments incur individual shipping charges for each shipment.
